PROJECT: Storm and Sanitary Improvements

OWNER: Montclair State University

SCOPE OF WORK: The project initially consisted of open cut approximately 3,500 lf of storm and some 2,700 lf of 8" sanitary sewer. Through valued engineering, Hutton redesigned and installed a majority of the sanitary sewer via pneumatic pipe bursting, saving the Owner cost of the associated restorations.

The work required/included:

• 4,198 lf of sanitary sewer replacement via pneumatic bursting.
• 60" HDPE Storm detention system
• 15" RCP Storm Sewer
